I’m James Woodhouse — Behavior Support Specialist, Parent Empowerment Coach, and founder of Woodhouse Empowerment Services.
With over 15 years of experience supporting families, schools, and communities, I help parents decode behavior and lead their homes with calm, connection, and confidence.
As a father, a man living with ADHD, and a coach, I understand the real-world challenges of parenting kids with ADHD, autism, and emotional regulation needs.
I created the Calm ≠ Soft Parenting Framework to help parents break free from reactive cycles and build homes where everyone can thrive.
